355jl Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "355jl" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 355jl.vip and all related services, tools, and communications made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 355jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 355jl platform, through which the Player may access games, deposit funds, and request withdrawals.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the PHP-denominated credit balance held within a Player's Account, which reflects deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits (separately tracked).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits credited to a Player's Account which are subject to wagering requirements and are not immediately withdrawable.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and age verification, required before a Player may process withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 355jl.vip, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of the 355jl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 355jl platform and, where applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on 355jl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, voluntary exclusion register, or PAGCOR exclusion database.
4. You must not have had a previous 355jl Account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must be using funds that are entirely your own and are not derived from criminal activity.
6. You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

355jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification if reasonable doubt arises as to a Player's continued eligibility.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 355jl platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, 355jl requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Postal ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, and Driver's License. All submitted documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

355jl reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, where required for compliance purposes.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. 355jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be attributed to you unless you have previously reported a security breach to 355jl support.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

355jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion with reasonable prior notice to Players.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for e-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay). Bank transfer minimums may vary by institution. USDT deposits carry no minimum amount requirement. Deposits are credited to your 355jl Wallet upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processor. 355jl does not charge deposit fees on any accepted payment method.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder will be rejected and returned where technically possible.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from Accounts that have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 8-10 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals and within 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers, subject to the operating hours of the receiving institution.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to your Account, or a method otherwise verified as belonging to you by 355jl's compliance team. 355jl reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or exhibit unusual patterns.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

The 355jl platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. USDT withdrawals are converted from the PHP balance at the prevailing rate at the time of withdrawal request. 355jl does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 355jl platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of their validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

355jl reserves the right to void any bonus, winnings derived from a bonus, or the entire Account balance where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to reduce risk below the level intended by the bonus design, wagering on games excluded from bonus wagering contribution, placing bets exclusively on high-RTP or low-edge outcomes for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 355jl platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects a game's outcome or the crediting of winnings, 355jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Winnings credited as a result of a technical error that would not otherwise have been payable may be voided and recovered from the Player's balance at 355jl's discretion.

Jackpot and progressive game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes within any session.

Sports betting odds are determined by 355jl's sportsbook operators and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Bets accepted at confirmed odds are binding. 355jl reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a stated timeframe, or subject to integrity concerns.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 355jl platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and/or referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account by a single Player, whether directly or through proxies.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, sports betting, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets without direct human participation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in games or platform systems. Any such exploitation must be reported to 355jl support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the 355jl sportsbook.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received and retained gaming value from a deposit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 355jl platform, including but not limited to the brand name "355jl", the domain 355jl.vip, the platform's visual design, software architecture, game interfaces (to the extent they constitute original works), written content, promotional materials, and logo assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of 355jl and/or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any license, right, or interest in any such intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 355jl intellectual property is prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 355jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 355jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

355jl's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

355jl does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that all games will function error-free at all times, or that any specific outcome will be achieved through gameplay. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

355jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 355jl.vip/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

355jl implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, segregated data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and 355jl cannot warrant the absolute security of data transmitted to the platform.

12. Responsible Gaming Obligations

355jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gaming activity. All Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming features available in Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance and to use 355jl's self-exclusion tool, which can be activated immediately without delay. Self-exclusion requests submitted to 355jl support via live chat are processed immediately upon verification of account identity.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by 355jl

355jl reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed; (b) verification of identity, age, or source of funds is required; (c) unusual betting patterns or potential fraud is detected; or (d) the account is subject to a regulatory inquiry.

13.2 Termination by 355jl

355jl may permanently terminate a Player's Account, and forfeit all balances held therein, in cases of: confirmed fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, abusive conduct toward staff or other players, or any other material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where forfeiture of funds is applied, a written explanation will be provided to the account email or via live chat on request.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

A Player may voluntarily close their 355jl Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure. Any outstanding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

14. Amendments to These Terms

355jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the 355jl platform homepage no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory guidance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the 355jl platform after any amendment has been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The current effective date of these Terms will always be displayed at the top of this document.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to the provisions of Republic Act No. 9487 (the National Lottery Act), PAGCOR-issued regulatory instruments, and the Civil Code of the Philippines to the extent applicable to online contractual relationships.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 355jl arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation via 355jl's customer support channels. If direct resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days of a formal written complaint, either party may escalate the dispute through applicable legal channels.

For disputes concerning the technical fairness of any game, 355jl will provide access to relevant RNG certification documentation and game logs to the extent technically possible and legally permissible.
